Ceremony doesn't need to be complicated or presided over by any spiritual teacher or leader. It exists in every moment of the day and can be as simple as greeting the morning sun, appreciating the caress of the wind on your face, or savouring the essence of the food you eat. Ceremony puts you in touch with both the world around you and within you. It helps you to reframe your perspective by taking you outside of your normal everyday method of seeing things. When we engage in ceremony we are asking to see, feel, hear and sense life with greater awareness and clarity. It empowers and supports us in how we address the self confrontations we will face.
Our soul's hunger for growth sparks our desire for change in our lives and ceremony is a powerfully effective tool to stimulate and enact this movement. Being in ceremony is to experience the moment. The moment possesses the power and potential to make the greatest change possible. The quantity, intensity and direction of the change will be as unique as the experience of that moment. These transformational moments are the path of our sacred journey through life rediscovering the original parts of ourselves.
On our weekend workshops, we provide a safe space in which you are given the tools and support to let go of the old patterns and behaviours that impede the true experience of the moment.
