A Four-day Women's Medicine Journey
Into the Womb
Four days to stop managing your body and start listening to it.
Move with the seasons of mother earth as they live inside your womb.
Day by day, year by year — across a lifetime.

There are things we know intellectually.
And there are things we know because we have lived them.
Our body changing around us. The first blood. Sexual awakening. Pregnancy and birth. The years of building, mothering, creating and carrying. The loss of fertility. The shifts of midlife. The deepening that arrives with age.
We are taught to manage all of it.
Manage the pain.
Manage the hormones.
Manage the weight.
Manage the ageing.
Manage the emotions.
Manage the transition.
What happens when we stop treating the body as something to manage, and start listening to it as a source of information?
Into the Womb is four nights for exactly this — a gathering built around one question: what does it mean to inhabit a woman's body, across a lifetime?
The Old Knowing
Long before the modern language of hormones and wellness, people understood that life moved in cycles.
The moon waxed and waned. The seasons changed. Women were born, initiated, became mothers, grew older, became elders. These passages were marked, witnessed and given meaning.
Somewhere along the way, most of those markers disappeared. We still move through the passages — a girl becoming a woman, a woman becoming a mother or choosing not to, a body moving beyond its reproductive years. We're simply expected to carry on as though nothing significant has happened.
Into the Womb creates space to notice. To learn, to remember, to ask better questions — and to acknowledge what season you're in right now.
The Seasons of the Womb
Every woman's body moves through the same four seasons — every day, week, month, and year — across a lifetime. Learning to recognise them, rather than override them, is a practical form of self-knowledge and self-care most of us were never taught.
Darkness of Winter
Release
Time of bleeding and pause
This is the body's low tide — the days when the womb lets go of what it built and asks you to do the same.
Energy turns inward and downward; the pull is to rest, to witness rather than manage, to be still rather than useful.
Across a lifetime this is the season of the elder: the authority of ageing, the wisdom that comes with less left to prove and less patience for what isn't true.
What surfaces here — irritation, clarity, low tolerance for pretence — not as a malfunction but as valuable information.
Question: What am I ready to stop carrying?
Burgeoning Spring
Awaken
Return and curiosity
As the bleeding time ends, energy rises again and the mind sharpens.
This is the body's morning — the days for beginning, planning, learning something new, saying yes to a little more than usual.
Across a lifetime this is the maiden: not an age but a capacity every woman has access to, the part of you still able to start over, still curious about who you're becoming rather than certain of who you already are.
Question: Who am I when I separate my own voice from the voices that formed me?
Bountiful Summer
Create
Fullness and connection
This is peak daylight — the most outward-facing, most energised stretch of the cycle, when you're most drawn to build, connect, and bring things to life, whether that's a project, a relationship, or a piece of work.
Across a lifetime this is the mother in every form, present in every woman whether or not she has human children: the capacity to nourish something into being and hold it while it grows.
Question: What am I creating — and what is creating me?
Withdrawal of Autumn
Discern
Harvest and truth
As the days before bleeding time arrive, patience thins and things you've been tolerating get harder to ignore. This is harvest time — you can see clearly what grew this cycle and what didn't, what's finished and what's fraying.
Across a lifetime this is the woman who's stopped needing approval and started trusting what she can see — the Mage: less invested in keeping the peace, more interested in what's actually true.
Question: What is actually mine to carry?
The Five Days
This isn't just another workshop or retreat, packed from morning to night.
The structure is intentional, with enough room around it for your body to speak, for conversation, reflection and silence.
For the unexpected to arise and for the process to unfold.
DAY 1 - ARRIVE & SETTLE
Entering the Circle
Nothing to perform, no version of yourself to bring. We settle into the land, eat together, and meet one another. As darkness falls, we open the circle with a simple threshold ritual — your first chance to mark that you've arrived, and to name, even privately, what you're ready to set down for these five days.

DAY 2 - WINTER INTO SPRING
The Body that Knows
A slow start and a morning practice that brings attention back into the body. We move through the low-tide season of rest and release — what am I ready to stop carrying? — then into spring's awakening energy, the maiden's curiosity, noticing what your body has been telling you underneath the noise of managing it. Time in nature, and a first, gentle introduction to de-armouring: releasing what's been held, at whatever pace feels safe. We close the day by each planting an intention, seed-sized, for what we want to grow across the rest of our time together.

DAY 3 - SUMMER
Creation and Connection
The fullest day. We turn toward the mother in every woman — not only motherhood, but the capacity to nourish, build and bring something into the world. Shared meals, embodiment, movement and sound, and an honest look at where giving has tipped us over into depletion: what am I creating, and what is creating me? A day of outward energy and real connection, in a circle where there's nothing to prove and no one keeping score.

DAY 4 - AUTUMN INTO WINTER
What I Know Now
By now the conversation has changed — less explaining, more recognition. We turn toward discernment and boundaries, harvesting what our journey together has already shown each woman about what's actually hers to carry. And we move into less explored realms where we are not always comfortable: ageing, menopause, power and mortality. We work with elderhood — the mage, the crone — not as an ending, but as a form of authority: less interested in approval, more interested in what's true. Ready to claim the wisdom carried within each of our wombs, that we have inherited through our blood and our bones.

DAY 5 - INTEGRATION & DEPARTURE
The Changing Woman
We weave the seasons together outdoors, and close the circle with intention for how each woman will carry this back into ordinary life. Because the deepest truth is that no woman is only one season — she is always changing - she is earth woman.

The Changing Woman

We weave the seasons together outdoors, and close the circle with intention for how each woman will carry this back into ordinary life — what she's releasing, what she's still tending, what she now knows about her own low tide. Because the deepest truth is that no woman is only one season — she is always changing. She is earth woman.
